1. Initial Phone Call
This is where learn about you and your project. We want you to tell us all about your future remodeling project so that we can have a good understanding of what you want and how we can help you. Also, we will tell you about our company and answer any questions you have for us. Then we can schedule our first meeting.

2. First In-Person Meeting At Your Home
At our first visit to your home, we will learn more about your project and go over the space to gather the information we need, so that we can give you a ballpark range for your project based on what you're looking to do and projects that we've done that are similar. From there, we can move into the Design Agreement stage of the project.

3. Design Agreement & Proposal
With a Design Agreement, we provide you with a set of drawings, a complete list of job specifications, and a detailed proposal to perform the work. This is a fun and exciting part of the process where we start to see things coming together on paper. The cost of the Design Agreement is 5% of the low end of the estimated budget range. If you contact us to do the remodeling work, this fee will be credited back towards your down payment on the project.

4. Pre-Construction Team Meeting
At this meeting, we will: Introduce you to your Project Leader and review the project on-site. Ask a series of questions regarding general 'housekeeping' issues to ensure your safety and security. Answer any questions you may have before we begin.

5. Construction Begins
Everything before this was the important work, now it is time for the real work! With our excellent tradesmen, we will work hard to provide you with great service throughout your experience with us and deliver you a new and beautiful room in your home. We will keep you updated on the schedule, the work that is being performed, meet to address any concerns and questions that may arise during construction, and update you on any changes that may require cost increases or credits due to changes in the scope of work.

6. Post-Construction
After construction work is completed, we will deliver your 2-Year warranty and information packet. We will walk you through the operation of your new fixtures or appliances and stay in contact with you to see how you are enjoying the work we performed for you and see if there is anything we need to adjust or repair. Our goal is to make the remodeling process an enjoyable, stress-free experience for you!
